Delivery policy

1. Overview

At Cardiwan Car Rental LLC, we aim to provide a smooth and convenient car delivery and pickup experience for all our customers across Dubai and the UAE.
Our delivery policy outlines how we manage vehicle handovers, pickup requests, and related charges to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process.


2. Free Delivery & Pickup

  • Free delivery and pickup are available within Dubai city limits for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals (minimum booking may apply).

  • For short-term rentals or locations outside Dubai, additional delivery fees may be charged depending on distance.

  • All deliveries are subject to vehicle availability and confirmed booking details.


3. Delivery Process

  • Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery time and location.

  • The customer must present a valid driving license, Emirates ID or passport, and payment confirmation at the time of delivery.

  • Our representative will inspect the vehicle with you, note the fuel level, mileage, and any existing marks or scratches before handing over the keys.


4. Pickup Process

  • At the end of your rental, vehicles can be returned to our office or collected from your preferred location upon request.

  • Customers must ensure the vehicle is in the same condition as received and returned on time to avoid late charges.

  • Any additional charges (fines, fuel difference, Salik, or damages) will be settled during pickup or deducted from the security deposit.


5. Delivery Timing

  • Standard delivery hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Deliveries outside these hours may be subject to an after-hours service fee.

  • We always strive for punctuality; however, unexpected traffic or weather conditions may cause slight delays.


6. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across:

  • Dubai (Free zones & all major districts)

  • Sharjah and Ajman (extra fee may apply)

  • Other Emirates upon special request and availability


7. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer must ensure accurate delivery details (address, contact number, and preferred time).

  • If the customer is not present at the scheduled delivery, rescheduling may incur additional fees.

  • Once the vehicle is received, the renter assumes full responsibility under the signed rental agreement.
