At Cardiwan Car Rental LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a transparent, fair, and reliable experience for every rental. Please review our return and refund policy below before booking.
1. Vehicle Return Policy

All rental vehicles must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location stated in the rental agreement.

Late returns may result in additional daily or hourly charges as per company policy.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received, with a full fuel tank (if applicable).

Any damage, missing items, or excessive dirt may lead to additional charges based on inspection.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

The booking was canceled before the rental start date as per the cancellation terms.

The vehicle became unavailable due to technical issues or circumstances from our side.

Any double payment or billing error made during online or in-person transactions.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

No-shows or last-minute cancellations less than 24 hours before pick-up.

Early return of the vehicle before the agreed rental period ends.

Violation of rental terms, including traffic fines, smoking in the vehicle, or unauthorized drivers.

Fuel, insurance, and additional service charges (delivery, pickup, or tolls) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.

International or card payments may take longer depending on the bank or payment provider.

For refunds related to security deposits, please allow up to 30 days after vehicle inspection and clearance of traffic fines or Salik charges.
